Music Aid’s profit sharing program is a simple way and proven way to earn income from music. There is no limit on how much money you can earn as an artist or partner. Artists can also link directly into Spotify, YouTube, Soundcloud, Mixcloud etc to add extra streaming income if they are monetized on these platforms.

As an artist you already post and share your music on social media. With Music Aid you will earn $10 every time someone joins the site after seeing your post or link. Many people will signup, just like you did, when they see the advantages of joining and see how much money they could make. And wen these new members post and share their music you get another $10 for every signup these members generate! Yes, you now automatically start earning passive income from other peoples posts without doing anything yourself. And these passive earnings increase even more when a third, next level, of members automatically creates more payments to you at $5 for every new third level member. SCENARIO ONE
Imagine that you are not very successful and over the year you only get 10 people joining from all your posts – less than one a month. This is fairly unlikely but we are looking at all possibilities. In this scenario you would directly earn only $100 dollars from your posts. But it doesn’t stop there, because at the next level the real money starts to arrive. Even if all your 10 new members also perform badly and get less than one new signup a month, this will passively generate another $1,000 for you. And at the next level, even if the next level members also get only the same low number of signups. this will bring your total earnings to $6,100. All from only ten original member signups! Most of it earned passively. Plus, if you are monetized on any music streaming platforms, this will add to your streams from those platforms and might increase your fan base there. Of course, many of the new members might generate more than one new sign up a month and this will increase your earnings in this example very dramatically. And if somewhere along the line a social media influencer or someone with many followers, or an organization or charity joins this chain, this would increase your earnings exponentially.
SCENARIO TWO
Now imagine that you are quite successful and each month 10 people sign up and join after seeing your posts. This will earn you $100 a month and this should not be too difficult to achieve because, like you, many musicians and artists will want to earn a good income from sharing their music. Some of your signups will be more ambitious and successful than others, but if on average they each get 5 signups a month, half as many as you, your passive income from this second level would be $600 a month, or $12,000 a year! And if each of these 50 newer members also get the same 5 signups a month from their posts this is an extra 250 signups a month at $5 each, earning an extra $1250 a month for you. This would bring your total earnings to $1,950 a month, or $23,400 over one year, almost all of it earned passively and automatically for you by other members without you doing anything. And imagine what would happen if a later member down the line has many followers and signs up large number of new members: your earnings would increase dramatically and exponentially!

The above are just examples. Of course, exactly how much or how little you will earn depends on how many people see your posts, and follow the links, and decide to join the program. So, think about how and where you will post, and how you will encourage people to listen to your track or what you will say to encourage people to follow your link. Some songwriters or artists might link to their new release and concentrate of getting exposure for their music. Others might stress the money making advantages of joining Music Aid. Others might stress the good work we do, or focus on a charity they support. Some might donate part of their earnings to a charity or good cause. The choice is yours. Do what works for you.

If you are an influencer with a large number of followers there is no limit on the amount of income you could earn with Music Aid. You will be helping new artists and good causes and potentially adding a very good income stream. You will be helping up and coming musicians and artists to finally earn money from their music and talent. If you have a very large following and a large fan base you might get 100s of signups from a single post. Do the math yourself and see how much you could earn. ($10 each for each the first two levels of signups, and $5 each for the third level members). This is a unique way to earn money and support musicians, new talent, charities and good causes. STREAMING PLATFORMS
If you are an artist monetized on streaming platforms(eg YouTube, Spotify, Soundcloud, Apple, Mixcloud, Amazon Music, Bandcamp etc) every time your embedded track is played on Music Aid by supporters, by other artists, fans and others, another stream is added to your account on those platforms. You get new audiences and an added stream on those platforms every time your track is played and shared on Music Aid. It can be shared by you, by your friends and fans, or charity supporters, using easy the social share buttons provided. You can even link your track to a cause you care about – we tested this during the global pandemic and were impressed by how many people respond and play a track if it supports a cause they care about.
